My parents, Bill and Sandy Boyd, have owned and operated businesses in Taylorville throughout all of my childhood and now adult life, teaching me the value of customer service, which seems to be a rare commodity these days.  I am proud of my town and am passionate about the work I do every day bringing buyers and sellers together.  I will make it my priority to learn what is important to YOU and then I will help you make it happen!

 

I have lived in Taylorville all of my life and have raised my own son here as well.  My son is 19 years old and a sophomore in college where he is also playing soccer as the starting goalkeeper. His dream would be to play in the World Cup, but for  now, he is aspiring to be an anesthesiologist.  Personally, I would love for his gorgeous face to be the last one I see before going under... but hey, I'm just his mom.

 

I am experienced in the various types of financing options available today, including the conventional loan, but also FHA (3.5% down) and USDA (NO money down) loans; and with the help of your loan officer, I will help to guide you along the path from searching for homes to sitting at the closing table and beyond.
